Totally relating to this subject matter on a whole new level now, my daughter was recently diagnosed with a severe FRUCTOSE intolerance which is SO limiting in terms of menu options. >sigh< i 've been researching day and night...

wow - that must be tough - and a lot of reading... I'm lucky because Wheat/gluten is one of the big 8 allergies, so its fairly easy to spot in the packaging.
