Mission – Back To School is a great promotion from Mission Tortillas!
At the beginning of every month, I sit down with my middle schooler and go over the menu being offered at the cafeteria of her school. She usually opts to eat a hot meal when it's something that she likes... but inevitably they put fried fish sandwiches or fish nuggets or something else that doesn't work for her on the menu and she says... "Can I take my lunch?"

Another option is lettuce, cheese, turkey breast and pomegranate raspberry dressing ... when I make hers, I often wrap one up for myself to enjoy too! One of my personal favorites for lunch (although it doesn't travel as well) is a peanut butter and banana roll up... just spread a thick layer of peanut butter on a 6" Mission tortilla and wrap it around a whole banana... Yummy!
Another great thing to do is to make cut out sandwiches with Mission Tortillas and cookie cutters!
