I received an adorable Etch-A-Sketch Keychain that claims (and I don't doubt it) to be the world's smallest Etch-A-Sketch. At 2 inches by 1.5 inches, it's the perfect size to be unobtrusive on your key ring, but still provide enjoyment if you're stuck in traffic or to hand to your child while you are waiting at the doctor's office, because it really works! My only complaint is that my Etch-A-Sketch wasn't the brilliant red depicted in the picture, but was more of a salmon color... but to me, the enjoyment of the game outweighs this tiny negative!
