I'm not a traditional book blogger - but I regularly host authors as guest posters and write reviews, so at least part of my time is devoted to book blogging ...Here's a link to my past reviews

Yep, I use all of the above - facebook, twitter, commenting on other blogs, directories of all sorts and hops like this one :)
