So proud of Liam this week at school... for a kid with autism who barely said word one to his teacher all of last year, he's jumped right into school this year and seems to be happy to show off his vocabulary!

Was the 'Counting Bear' helper all week and reinforced the counting that he's been doing, he counted to 5 for her.. we are almost briding the home/school gap - he'll count to 12 for me ;)

Demonstrated that he knew the alphabet

Did a great job of colour matching, is working on mastering scissors...

Where we aren't making progress is learning to use the potty - he's abjectly afraid of sitting on the potty ... his OT thinks it's the sensation of sitting on the hole... any suggestions? He needs to be tt'd before they will talk about integrating him into a regular 4 year old class next year...

Liam's birthday is coming up in 13 days and I'm counting the days down until his b-day with some photo retrospectives... if you want to check them out click here for yesterday's and here for today's
