Sunday Family Stories - Writer's block

I promised yesterday on my Week in Review that there would be a new Sunday Family story today... and I wracked my brain trying to formulate something, but the inspiration point just isn't there... it's funny really - some weeks, the stories pour from my fingers and I have to slow my brain down to keep up, and other times - like today, I struggle with a blank screen... not able to focus enough to get started...

I have hundreds and thousands of moments that I'd love to capture... but forcing it seems so artificial and daunting... For instance, my sister keeps asking when I'm going to post a story about her... and I should - I've been meaning to since April and her birthday... but so far it just hasn't materialized...

I could probably whip something up just for the sake of having a post... but I'm not sure that would be a good idea... so today, I abdicate my Sunday Family Story, until inspiration makes it worth writing...

How do you get around Writers Block?

Hopping around the blogosphere... my knees are getting tired, but I'm meeting so many wonderful people...
