BPC: Itzbeen Review and Giveaway

Although Baby E isn't here yet, we've had a chance to try out the ITZBEEN with our son who is currently potty training and it works like a charm to remind us to take him to the potty... but it's going to be indispensable once E arrives...

What is the ITZBEEN?

ITZBEEN™ Baby Care Timer was developed by a new mom and dad who found themselves sleep-deprived and needing help to remember baby care details, such as when their baby last ate or napped. They tried charts and journals, but thought there had to be a better way. So, they created the ITZBEEN™: a multi-purpose nursery tool that helps new parents remember the basic details of baby care. The ITZBEEN™ has four timers that count up with the touch of a button, and a host of other helpful features, all designed with the needs of a new parent in mind.

With all these features, it really takes the guesswork out of what's going on with baby:

My review:

Like I said, Baby E isn't here yet, but we've been keeping track of Liam's movements, including using the optional reminder alarm for taking him to the potty, and just keeping track of day to day stuff...
I love that the ITZBEEN changes color and sounds when it's been longer than you planned for something, and it's small enough to be able to carry from room to room with you!  It even has a belt clip so you can wear it!

It has everything - changing, feeding, sleeping, and a bonus button that you can use for whatever you need, for us, it was to separate out bowel movements while potty training Liam so far, but it could be used for medication, tummy time, bathing or any number of other activities you want to track!  It even has a breast feeding reminder so that you remember your left/right switching...

This is one tool that I can say will easily grow and adapt as your baby grows!  I highly recommend it as a great new gadget for any new parent!

How do you get one?

I think the feeding reminder would be most helpful (left/right breastfeeding reminder). This gadget would be used right here at home by me, hubby, and baby Bhajan :-)
I entered the Temporal Thermometer giveaway.

The one touch timers and the "remember which side baby nursed last." I actually would keep for myself as my husband and I are planning on having one more child. Thank you for the chance to win.

Love the built in nightlight and it would be for my baby due any day now!
I think the display backlight is most useful so you can read it in the dark when it will probably be used most often, this would be for my friend who is three months pregnant.
