Getting enough calcium? @Yoplaityogurt Review and #Giveaway

 Calcium is one of the hot buttons on my health radar, because in addition to rheumatoid arthritis running in my family, my grandmother has also developed osteo-arthritis and osteoporosis ... so when I was asked by MyBlogSpark to try out  the newly reformulated Yoplait Original style yogurt, I knew I had to take them up on it!

Yoplait Original style yogurt comes in so many yummy flavors, it was hard to pick just one... so I didn't - I got Key lime pie and Harvest Peach to try and I have to say that the key lime pie was to die for!  I'm a huge lime fan, and the yogurt was the perfect blend of sour and sweet... I love the creamy texture and the fact that it is 99% fat free!

The Harvest peach was very good too!  You could see the peaches in it and the texture was very creamy and easy to eat!  I am looking forward to making Yoplait Original yogurt part of my daily routine and ramping up my calcium intake!
