#Giveaway and Contest Announcement

As a mom of a preschooler who follows a gluten free diet, I am sometimes stumped when it comes to helping him fit in with his peers at school, especially at party times or special events, where other children can eat all the treats they want... it's tough to keep sending the same thing every time - but it's also hard to come up with new and unique recipes!  That's where Betty Crocker is stepping up and looking for new recipes using their gluten free baking mixes and Bisquick!  I'm so looking forward to seeing the fabulous results, because I'm not that great a baker and I do rely on mixes to get the proper balance and consistency with my gluten free baking!



I will say that I have been experimenting more and taking a few small risks -- I used the Betty Crocker GF Cake Mix as a sugar cookie crust for a no bake pie recipe - using an adaptation that I found on Betty Crocker's website.  And now that I have another chance to test out the Betty Crocker products, I'm dreaming up new ways to use them to make creative desserts for Liam!
