A glass, over ice... but no real preference on can or bottle...

hair, unless there is a specific body part that needs extra attention

Sleep when the baby sleeps and accept help with things like the housework and shopping... you don't need to be supermom yet...

Don't drink too much... I've never had a hangover, so I've never tried to find a cure
