His books are timeless, appealing to both young and old. The Foot book is one of my favorites--

Yeah for Dr. Seuss! Cat in the Hat and Green Eggs and Ham were my favs.

My favorite when I was a kid was "There's a Wocket in my Pocket" - and I have such a crazy house now as an adult, I always think of the last line of the book - "That's the kind of house I live in, and I hope I never leave it...." :)
I love Dr Seuss and read his books to my kids now. I remember getting "Oh the places you'll Go" when I graduated from High School and I still have it. His work is timeless!

I think Cat in the Hat is our favorite but I have never seen Wacky Wednesday. We'll definitely have to check that one out!

My son referenced "Oh the places you'll Go" in his valedictorian speech from high school. It and all the rest of the Dr S books were a constant in our family.
