Sundays in my City - Rainy Day

It's been raining every afternoon here in Charleston... this is pretty normal once the humidity sets in... but normally the humidity doesn't set in until May... so I thought I'd take a few pics of the rain...

I love the contrast of the raindrops with the screens with the blurry images of our 'hood...

This one shows that we are still hoping for snow... or mom is too lazy to take down the Xmas decals from this window... but the kids are still playing with Frosty...

Not the best pic, but this little green tree frog found an interesting perch to ride out the storm...

since his usual haunt, the palm tree in front of our house was really wet...

and speaking of really wet... the only way we can get Liam to shower without argument... every time it rains he strips and heads out to the back deck...

It's weird how May weather is here in March for many areas. I's so warm here in Wisconsin compared to years of lingering snow at this point!

Here in Charleston we only get snow once in about 10 years... we're too far south...

I love the special effect the rain laden screen gives your photos.
