Tuesday Coffee Chat - A Woman Who Inspires Me...

Whenever I'm asked who is my hero. I always think of one person... my grandmother.  Since I've already covered this ground before, I'm going to just thank Time Out for Mom for hosting coffee chat

and ask you to visit this post to see why she's my hero

I am so glad that you wrote a post today.
Love it!!! Happy Tuesday
I so so enjoyed this. I followed the links and read them all. And now I miss my own grandma incredibly. I too can remember tea served only in china (and properly made too!!), and sitting by the big picture windows to watch the birds come to her feeder. Or the horses in the pasture paddock. I am certain this is how I came to not only appreciate, but deeply love the simpler life. To see the beauty in a life that seemed unextraordinary to most others. And warm home-made bread. I cannot smell fresh bread without thinking of making it with my grandma. And beet pickles - which we used to thieve from her cold cellar. Poor grandma when she opened a bottle in front of guests only to discover the half-emptied contents!! LOL
Thanks for sharing with us the life of such a wonderful and amazing woman! What a legacy she has bestowed.
What an amazing post!!!!! Thank you for sharing.
