I have to say that I'm pretty partial to bears...

I have my mom's brown eyes...

Tropical Island - I don't ski...

I don't ski either, and in January I have to think about the calorie difference between hot cocoa and pineapple!

I think my last really nice, made me tear up surprise, was last Mother's Day I got a text f4rommy niece withing me a Happy Mother's Day because since she and her sister lost their mom when they were five, I had been the most loving "mom" in her life. She was 17 last year. :)

Last nice surprise.....hmmmm.... Had to be this weekend when my niece walked up and hugged my leg out of the blue saying " Titi I love you so much and will never stop!" melts my heart!

Wow, A "pay it forward." I think it was maybe 15 years ago? Some guy in the county office building gave me a free map. I live in NY, generosity can be kinda scarce up here..... :( But my husband put $20 in my gas tank a few weeks ago-- that was a very nice surprise! :)

I love that quote by Dr. King. My sisters always do kind things for me just because. My youngest picked up several summer dresses for me while out shopping (last summer), and another brought sweaters for me during her last visit.

This is very simple but I've learned when using public transportation it's pretty much every person for themselves. This morning I had a gentleman (yes, he was more than just a "guy") who let me go ahead of him in line for the escalator. It was a small thing but it stuck with me!
