1. What did you do for Mother's Day?

I hung out with my kids... Erik was generous enough to start out my day with a special 3 AM wake up call, then after napping for a bit we went out for dinner... our original plan was to head to Olive Garden, but that wasn't so original - there was already an hour and a half wait by the time we arrived 'early' at 5:30...

2. What was the best advice your mother (or a mother figure) gave you?

Everything gets better after a cup of tea...

3. Are you gardening this year?  What have you/will you plant

We're container gardening again... strawberries, tomatoes and roses this year...

4. What is the first song that comes to mind today?

I've said it before - but I absolutely HATE ironing. I'm actually sitting here writing this instead of ironing the pile of clothes that needs it right now.

I'm not a fan of chores, but I really dislike cleaning the bathroom.

Cleaning especially the bathroom. Wish there was a robot to do all the donkey work :P

I have very few chores since hubby does most of the housework. I would say vacuuming so I sweep instead.

The chore I dislike the most is to dust. Of course, if I didn't have so many tea pots, tea cups and tea sets to move when I dust, it may not be too bad.

Cleaning the bathroom. I hate it. In fact I handle the litter box for our 3 cats so that someone else will do the bathroom

There are so many I don't do because I can't that I feel bad complaining. I'd love it if I could clean the cat boxes, just because I'd love to be able to. But of the things I can do, I dislike washing dished the most because I need a higher kitchen chair. By the time I'm done my arms just ache.

I've been interested in container gardening for some time now. Good luck with yours.

I absolutely hate cleaning bathrooms. I don't clean my own unless my boyfriend is out of town.
