Here is Heather's description of her trip from to Charleston from Toronto
"I also want to give a big shout out to Southwest Airlines - I booked an evening flight out of Buffalo NY, connecting in Baltimore to get home to Charleston. My first flight was delayed by almost an hour and I was sure I was going to miss my connection that was 40 minutes after I was supposed to land... but it was delayed too... and then they held it long enough for me to sprint between gates... and then delayed even longer to make sure my luggage came with me. I apologize to my fellow Charleston travellers who were inconvenienced!"
It is nice to read how an airline is good to passengers rather than constantly mess them over. I would however, pay to see the video of Heather sprinting across an airport...
