Here are the Questions:

1. Tuesday is April 1st - will you be participating in April Fool's Day?

2. Decribe the month of March in 5 words or less...

3. Do you like fish?  Have you had/would you have an aquarium in your home?

4. April is National Poetry Month - do you write/read poetry?  Share a favorite if you have one!

Our Responses

1. Tuesday is April 1st - will you be participating in April Fool's Day?

W - Someone will probably trick me...

H - I plead the 5th...

2. Decribe the month of March in 5 words or less...

W - Turning 40 sucked

H - When will we see spring?

3. Do you like fish?  Have you had/would you have an aquarium in your home?

W - I would love to have an aquarium, but we travel too much to have one.

H - Robyn had a series of beta fish and I am over that... I prefer going to the SC Aquarium and enjoying the fish that are well cared for there.

4. April is National Poetry Month - do you write/read poetry?  Share a favorite if you have one!

W - I used to write poetry, but I don't have much time for it right now.  I am too busy writing exam questions and scholarly papers.

H - I am a reader, not a writer... and one of my favorites since kindergarten is Shel Silverstein -

“I'm making a list
I'm making a list of things I must say
For politeness,
And goodness and kindness and gentleness
Sweetness and rightness:
Hello
Pardon me
How are you?
Excuse me
Bless you
May I?
Thank you
Goodbye
If you know some that I've forgot,
Please stick them in your eye!”
― Shel SilversteinWhere the Sidewalk Ends

And here is our 5th Question:

Heather spent half an hour complaining to Dell customer service about Robyn's laptop last night - the hard drive has died for the FOURTH time and the laptop is out of Warrenty by a few months... and customer service couldn't understand why I didn't want to pay for the repair and why I asked to be escalated to management...

Do you complain to customer service when you have problems?  Do you call companies when you have had excellent service or love a product?

I have never called a customer service. If I have to make a serious complaint, I will probably call them. And I have never called any companies about their excellent service or products.

Thank you for organizing this wonderful blog hop. Have a great week.
My recent post March, April, Poetry and Fish
I worked as a customer service rep. I was even on the escalation team for 2 years. I have called to complain and I do ask for a manager because I know how it works.
Customer service is the worst. I don't care which company I'm calling. I do believe Dell sends their customer service over seas too. I'd have escalated it as well if this is the 4th hard drive. Hope you get it resolved without paying anything which you shouldn't. Because honestly that hard drive should still be on warranty alone.

I do complain if I have problems. But if I call and they are super nice and helpful, I always let them know how much I value their help. AT & T has the best customer service of anyone I ever talk to.
