Here are the Questions:

1. It's email week - do you still use email for communication?  How do you keep in touch with most people?

2. Today is Donald Duck Day - in his honour, we're asking what makes you Quackers?



3. Tomorrow is Iced Tea Day - sweet or unsweet? flavored? lemon?  not at all?

4. How is your garden growing?

Our Responses - 

1. It's email week - do you still use email for communication?  How do you keep in touch with most people?

H - Most of my email is either communication for the blog or junk mail and offers from stores I've signed up for.  I tend to skype, phone, facebook or text friends and family.

W - I do use email for communication, but my students seem to only use email to talk to old people like me - they prefer to text each other.

2. Today is Donald Duck Day - in his honour, we're asking what makes you Quackers?

H - My children when they are overtired after not sleeping well and having survived a busy day... right now they are fighting over almost everything...

W - Not having enough time to chill and relax.

3. Tomorrow is Iced Tea Day - sweet or unsweet? flavored? lemon?  not at all?

W - I like my tea half sweet and half unsweet or half tea/half lemonade.

H - I haven't met a tea I didn't like - sweet, unsweet, green, flavored... I like to mix it up.

4. How is your garden growing?


We have tomatoes, strawberries, a few blueberries, mint and we're trying lettuce for the first time... so far we've harvested strawberries and tomatoes...

And here is our 5th Question: Have you seen any of the summer blockbuster movies yet?  Any plans to see the new flicks coming out?

W - I've seen Godzilla, Maleficient, Captain Ameria, Spiderman and X-Men and I plan to see Guardians of the Galexy and maybe Transformers..

H I actually got talked into seeing Maleficient on date night last week and really liked it! Not sure I'd take my boys, not because of the violence, but just because you need some background and understanding of Sleeping Beauty to really get the movie.
