1. My Mom double dared me to actually post Monday Quiz today after it's two week hiatus... what was the last thing someone dared you to do?

 2. Today is National Rocky Road Day - are you celebrating?

 3. June is Aquarium Month - have you visited an Aquarium lately?

 4. Have you had a yummy new food or tried a new recipe lately?

Our Responses - 
1. My mom double dared me to actually post Monday Quiz today after it's two week hiatus... what was the last thing someone dared you to do?

 H - This post...

 W - I was dared into going to see "Godzilla" - it wasn't absolutely terrible... just mostly terrible.

 2. Today is National Rocky Road Day - are you celebrating?

 H - I am allergic to Chocolate, so no Rocky Road for me.

 W - No.

3. June is Aquarium Month - have you visited an Aquarium lately?

 H - I get to the SC Aquarium regularly with the kids - well, Erik mostly, but we were there a few weeks ago...

 W - I took the kids while they were on Spring Break.

4. Have you had a yummy new food or tried a new recipe lately?

 W - I tried the new Taco Bell breakfast... although I should't eat it, it was good.

 H - I tried Dolmas at a new Greek restaurant - they weren't the best ones I'd ever had but they were pretty good...

No school finishes the end of June although my granddaughter attends a private school and it gets out a week earlier. Only my American grandchildren will finish school next week.

The summer vacation usually start around July 26 in Japan. It used to last until the end of August, but nowadays, some schools start their new semester or trimester around August 26. Japanese schools give students tons of homework for the summer vacation, and some students come to the school almost every day to attend the club activities and / or supplementary classes during the "vacation."

Our public school got out here almost 2 weeks ago. They'll go back the first week of August.

Schools out for the minors but I'm in school for the summer semester to get some more credits out of the way so I don't have to pay the outrageous price for classes at CSU when I go in the fall to finish my bachelors in Computer Science. That being said, the kids have already run amuck in my neighborhood walking down the MIDDLE OF THE ROAD like they own the place. I gotta get outta the hood but my rents so cheap. Decisions, decisions.
